Our Team

Physicians

Our two board-certified physicians are the cornerstone of our care team. They oversee all medical treatments, carefully managing pain and symptoms with personalized plans tailored to each patient’s needs. With years of experience, they ensure every decision prioritizes comfort and dignity, working closely with patients, families, and the care team to adjust treatments as conditions change.

Registered Nurses (RNs)

Our registered nurses provide day-to-day hands-on medical care. They administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient needs continuously. Beyond clinical skills, they guide families on how to manage symptoms and care routines, offering education and reassurance to empower caregivers. Their compassionate presence ensures patients feel safe and cared for at all times.

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) & Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

LPNs and CNAs play a crucial role by assisting patients with everyday tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Their compassionate care helps patients maintain their dignity and comfort during vulnerable moments. They are often the warm, caring faces who provide consistent support, helping patients feel valued and respected.

Social Workers

Our social workers are a vital resource for families, offering counseling and emotional support through challenging times. They help families navigate practical concerns such as financial planning, insurance questions, and connecting with community resources. Their goal is to ease the caregiving burden and provide guidance that addresses both emotional and logistical needs.

Chaplains

Understanding that spirituality is a personal journey, our chaplains provide individualized emotional and spiritual support aligned with each patient’s beliefs and values. Whether through prayer, meditation, or simply being a listening ear, chaplains help patients and families find peace, meaning, and comfort in their own way.

Volunteers

Our volunteers are dedicated community members who enrich the hospice experience by offering companionship and practical assistance. They spend time with patients, run errands, and provide much-needed breaks to family caregivers. Their kindness and presence add warmth, connection, and relief during difficult times.

Bereavement Counselors

The care from Expert Hospice extends beyond life’s end. Our bereavement counselors support families through the grieving process, offering one-on-one counseling, group support, and resources to help families heal. This compassionate guidance is available before and after the loss, ensuring families never feel alone in their journey.
